Since 2021, teams in our New England region have built high-level teams made up of driven, disciplined players from across the region; athletes who are committed to development, competition, and long-term success.

Beginning in 2026, we’re expanding our footprint to unite top talent from across the entire Northeast (NEFL) region, forging a brand built to compete every year in the Alliance Fastpitch Super Division at all age levels 12U through 18U.

Through efficient training, competitive exposure, and a strong support system, we continue to equip our coaches, parents, and athletes with the tools they need for success on and off the field.

WHO WE ARE

Fury Platinum Northeast (FPNE) is home to highly driven athletes with the goal of playing collegiate softball. As the Northeast Division of the nationally recognized Fury Platinum organization, we prepare top-tier talent for success at the next level. Since launching in 2021 under Director and 18U Head Coach Joe Roumelis, FPNE has rapidly become one of the most trusted and successful programs in the region.

Our competitive schedule is deliberately designed to showcase our athletes against elite opponents throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and select national events. We expect more than talent; our players demonstrate the confidence, tenacity, and accountability college coaches want on their rosters.

CHOOSE YOUR PATH WITH FURY PLATINUM: PLAYERS AND TEAMS

We offer two ways for athletes and coaches to become part of our program.

  1. INDIVIDUAL PLAYERS can request a private evaluation or attend our annual tryouts to be considered for placement on one of our competitive FPNE teams.

  2. COACHES and INDEPENDENT TEAMS can apply to join the FPNE network, gaining the backing of a nationally recognized brand while maintaining control of their program direction and schedule. (Please note: We only accept teams intending to play regionally; we do not support recreation-based teams at this time).

Starting in 2026, we will be accepting players and teams under our FPNE brand from all states covered in the Northeast Fastpitch League: New England, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC and WV.

The 18U Roumelis team is FPNE’s flagship collegiate recruiting program, designed for athletes ready to compete at the highest level of travel softball. Led by Head Coach Joe Roumelis, this team plays an elite showcase schedule designed to place our athletes directly in front of college coaches throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and select national events. FURY PLATINUM 18U ROUMELIS, FPNE’s D1/D2 recruiting team, is looking to add its next staff ace to complement our rotation in the Summer. Our schedule brings us to the top fields at major showcase locations on the East Coast. We are designed to both challenge and display the talents of high-level pitchers to college recruiters. Coach Roumelis has years of experience coaching top pitchers and helping them perform at their best during competition. We have two Division 1 catchers on our roster and a deep, experienced offense for run support.  This is a pitcher’s dream opportunity!
